Plopsa Entertainment Parks

Plopsa Group owns its success partly to its many investments and innovations. Plopsa doesn’t stand still and grows continuously.
Plopsaland De Panne, for instance, invested since 1999 95,3 million euros in its park. For its 15th birthday, Plopsaland was rewarded with some novelties such as the impressive Castle of Prinsessia and the opening of Plopsaqua, also existing attractions were given a new look. Many novelties are still coming.
For instance Heidi The Ride, a brand-new wooden coaster, which opens in Plopsaland De Panne this summer. It is the second wooden roller coaster in Belgium and in addition, the rst wooden roller coaster ever for Plopsa. The coaster will let you rage at a speed of more than 70 kilometers an hour over the wooden rails. The wooden coaster is called after the famous character Heidi. A new theme zone ‘Heidiland’ will be built around the wooden coaster afterwards.
The nal phase in the masterplan of making Plopsaland De Panne an all-weather and all-season destination, is the construction of the Plopsa Hotel. The hotel is scheduled to open its doors at the end of 2017. The very rst Plopsa Hotel will comprise 120 rooms, including several themed suites. The hotel will be located next to Plopsaland De Panne.
